Have you ever had someone take your kindness and generosity for granted? Perhaps they were happy to accept your help, only to turn around and dismiss it with a hurtful remark when they no longer needed you. It's a gut-wrenching experience that leaves you questioning why you bother to help at all, and it can be easy to beat yourself up over it.

Like many of you, I strive for perfection, and falling short of that can be disheartening. I'm my own harshest critic, constantly pushing myself to learn from each challenge and not repeat the same mistakes.
