The hidden force complicating your life!

Why is it so hard to make real change last?

We’ve all been there, the feeling that life just never seems to work out.

Do you feel like you’re stuck in a rut? Forever cleaning the house (especially the kid’s room), same drab clothes with more threads coming undone, even when you start an exercise regimen, somehow life gets in the way…!

Problems always seem to appear on their own but solutions...well, they require a lot more effort. Let’s face it, every day feels like groundhog day and life becomes more and more challenging...sound familiar?

It’s that darn. Murphy’s law! ‘Anything that can go wrong will go wrong’

Well, I’m happy to say, you’re not alone!

Murphy’s law gets thrown around a lot, but the true issue is that hidden force in the universe, the one thing we have to deal with to make our world work – Entropy.

Entropy - the lack of order or predictability: a gradual decline into disorder.

Known as the second law of thermodynamics dealing with the transfer of energy from one place to another and one form to another in a closed system. Simply put, it’s the natural tendency of things to lose order. Left to live life on its own, life will always become less structured. Everything decays – and disorder takes over.

So, kids' rooms will always be messy, cars will rust, and the speed of our smartphones will keep slowing down!

You can try to fight back against this invisible force as hard as you can, but even mountains erode and their sharp edges become softer overtime.

So, what’s the remedy to entropy?

With the universe’s natural pull towards disorder, the key is to create stability.

Achieving success in all aspects of life requires a lot of attention, communication and collaboration.

Without constant effort towards a given situation, entropy increases, and life slides into disorder. It’s no one’s fault it’s the way of the universe.

That’s why the best lives are DESIGNED, not DISCOVERED.

So, what kind of life would you like to live? What are you putting your energy & effort into and are you creating a structure to simplify and support yourself on your journey to living your best life?

Life’s Good.
